We specialize in creating high-quality, turned-edge binders quickly. Binders made to accommodate standard 8-1/2” X 11” paper are most common. We can make binders to accommodate 11 X 17”, 8.5 X 14”, or a custom size. When ordering, please specify whether or not your documents will have tabs, since that will affect the sizing of the binders.

Our back-mounted D-rings are the best option for structural durability as well as easy page turning. The rivets are also on the back cover, which allows for more flexibility as far as spine design is concerned.

Ring mechanisms are stocked in nickel (silver) finish in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”, 3” and 4”. Most sizes are also stocked in black, and custom colors are available, but please allow extra time.

Materials
There are 100’s of options for covering the binders. We stock many kinds of materials in many different colors and have access to countless others. These are the most commonly
used materials:

Linen: A coated cloth that’s durable, resilient and has a rich look. Linen is perfect for
moderate use.

Coated Papers: Often mistaken for leather. The finishing processes used today are absolutely amazing. This material is not as durable as cloth, but is excellent for one-time presentations and for binders that will receive little use.

Bonded Leather: The perfect choice when trying to replicate the look and feel of genuine leather without the price.

Imitation Leather: This material is a coated cloth featuring either a grainy or smooth finish. It is very durable and an excellent choice for heavy use.

Paper: Create a truly unique binder using paper for one-time presentations.

Genuine Leather: By far the alternative with the richest look and feel. It is extremely durable
and resilient.
