Custom Binders

We specialize in creating high quality turned edge binders quickly. Binders made to accommodate standard 8-1/2 X 11 paper are most common. We can make binders to accommodate 11 X 17, 8.5 X 14, or a custom size.

Ring Binders

Back mounted d-rings - This is the best choice for a ring binder. The advantages of a back mounted d-ring are that your presentation looks clean, the pages turn easily, and the rivets are hidden on the back cover.

Back mounted o-rings - O-rings do not look as clean as d-rings do. The pages do not turn as easily.

Spine mounted o-rings and d-rings - The rivets are visible on the spine. The spine takes a lot of abuse because it is bearing the weight of the paper.

Ring mechanisms are stocked in nickel (silver) finish in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4". We do stock some sizes in black. Gold rings are available as a special order.

Spiral Binders

Spiral Binders are an excellent choice for presentations of 200 pages or less. We provide you with the binder and a flap to GBC, spiral or coil bind onto the back of your presentation materials.

Spiral binders can be made to fit your materials perfectly. Binders can be made as small as 1/2" or as large as 1-1/2".

Spiral binders give your presentation the look of a hard bound book that can be assembled after those 11th hour changes have been made.

Materials

There are 100's of options for covering the binders. We stock many different kinds and colors of materials and have access to countless others.

These are the most commonly used materials:

Linen: A coated cloth featuring durability, resiliency and a rich look. Linen is perfect for moderate use.

Coated Papers: Often mistaken for leather. The finishing processes used today are absolutely amazing. This material is not as durable as cloth, but is excellent for one-time presentations and for binders that will receive little use.

Bonded Leather: The perfect choice when looking for the look and feel of genuine leather without the price.

Imitation Leather: This material is a coated cloth featuring either a grainy or smooth finish. It is very durable and an excellent choice for heavy use.

Paper: Create a truly unique binder using paper for one-time presentations.

Genuine Leather: By far the alternative with the richest look and feel. It is extremely durable and resilient.
