Things to Consider
Third Party Billing
We
will gladly invoice your client and/or other third parties for the
books. We only ask that arrangements be made prior to beginning work on
the books.
Two-Sided Printing
Two-sided
copying is an option if you have a large volume of documents and would
like to reduce the number of volumes per set or reduce the thickness of
a volume. Keep in mind that the documents are usually reduced by 33%
when we duplex the documents. The reason for this are one page
documents and documents ending on a odd numbered page.
Prioritization
If
you do not have enough signature pages or supplied documents, please
provide us with a priority list. The first person on the list receiving
the most originals and the last person receiving the least.
Surveys
We
can reduce the surveys to 11X17 and bind them into the book folded or
we can duplicate them at 100% and insert them into a pocket in the book.
Sample Set After Copying
Sample
sets are available for your review at no extra cost. After we have
copied and tabbed the documents, we will send one copy to you to
review. The completion time will increase, as the project will be on
hold until we receive the set back.
Tabs
Standard
tabs include Mylar coated black and white tabs 1-250 and A-Z. Gold
stamped leatherette tabs and custom Mylar tabs are also available.
Distribution
We
offer distribution of the completed books at no extra cost. We will
send an approval set to you, wait for approval, then send the balance
of the books.
